1. To avoid additional charges and inconvenience, check the weight and dimensions of your luggage prior to arriving at the airport.
A ticketed passenger is entitled to check a maximum of 20 pounds of soft-sided luggage. Maximum luggage dimensions may not exceed 26 inches x 15 1/2 inches x 12 inches due to restricted luggage space. Luggage in excess of 20 pounds is charged at the rate of $1.00 per pound and will be boarded based on aircraft weight capacity.  Luggage in larger than specified dimensions may not be boarded - duffle bags are available for purchase.

2. Charters must be paid in advance.  A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required at time of booking and must be received by SeaCoast Airlines within five (5) days of booking date. Complete and final payment must be provided to SeaCoast Airlines thirty (30) days prior to day of departure.  Failure to comply with these terms will result in cancellation.

3. $99. plus tax fares are applicable to days of service specified. (Please see Flight Fares above Flight Fares above.)

4. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid ONLY for the days/dates for which they have been purchased.  Unused ticket segments are not refunded nor are they usable for any other date.  

5. Children under two (2) years of age travel free on their parent/caretaker's lap; children two years and older must occupy their own seat, fare for individuals aged 2 through 18 are the same as an adult fare.

6. Small pets are permitted to travel in an approved pet carrier and must remain in the pet carrier while on the aircraft.

7. Passengers are not permitted to bring aboard the aircraft beverages or food in open containers.

8. Inappropriate behavior, drunken or disorderly conduct, or other behavior deemed by Seacoast Airlines' pilots as unacceptable will result in termination of flight arrangements with no refund for the remaining portion of the flight. Cancellation of tickets subject to these stated conditions are non-transferable to other parties.

9. Parking is strictly enforced at St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport.

10.  Seacoast is not responsible for items left on the aircraft.
